I tried making a reservation through kickbackjacks.com and the whole thing was way more annoying than it needed to be. The site didn’t seem to be working properly, and I never got a real confirmation, which should’ve been the first red flag. I called later and was told they didn’t see anything on their end, so I guess the reservation just disappeared somewhere. We still ended up waiting when we got there, which made it feel like no one was really keeping track. Frustrating and not something I’d bother with again.

I felt like I didn’t matter at all while I was there. The staff pretty much ignored us the whole time, and I was just sitting there wondering why I even bothered coming in.

I stopped in hoping to find a decent beer or two, but the selection was really small and kind of boring. I didn’t notice anything local either, which was what I was mostly looking for. Maybe I missed something, but… yeah, not really what I expected.

I saw the promos online and thought I was going to get a decent deal, but after waiting in a long queue, I barely saved anything. it felt disappointing and not really worth the hassle

Once you add a drink and a side, the total starts climbing quickly. I don’t mind paying more when the portions or quality feel worth it, but this felt average to me. Service was fine and I didn’t have any issues there, but with the prices being what they are, I’m not sure I’d be in a hurry to go back

The food was alright, nothing too bad, but the table was kinda sticky and the bathroom didn’t look very clean. It sorta ruined the visit for me honestly. Staff was nice tho, so that was good.

I’ve ordered from Kickback Jack’s a few times, i kind of regret giving it that many chances. The food isn’t terrible, but the menu feels really limited. Every time I look, it’s basically the same burgers, wings, fried appetizers, and heavy bar food. I kept hoping I’d find something a little lighter or just different, but there’s not much variety. Better sides or a few fresher options would go a long way. If you’re in the mood for basic bar food, it’s probably fine, but I got bored with it quickly. Giving it 2 stars because the lack of choices is disappointing...

I took my family here it just didn’t feel very kid friendly. The place was loud, the service was slow, and my kids got bored quickly. I kept thinking, why does this feel so complicated just to have a simple meal out with the family?

Was it just me, or were the drinks really watery? I could barely taste any alcohol in them, it didn’t feel worth it.

I wasn’t too happy with my experience on kickbackjacks.com. It ended up feeling more frustrating than I expected, and I didn’t really get the result I thought I would. Maybe it works fine for other people, but for me it was bit of a letdown. I won’t be using it again

The food was fine, nothing terrible, but the bill felt way too high for what we actually got. The portions weren’t anything special, and overall it just didn’t feel like good value. What made it more frustrating was getting inconsistent answers when we asked about a couple things, which just added to the annoyance. The place felt crowded and loud when we went, so I couldn’t really relax or have a proper conversation with my friends. I was kind of confused because I expected a more chill vibe?? It just wasn’t the best spot for hanging out and catching up.

I can’t say I wasn’t disappointed. My food showed up late, and by the time it got here it was already cold. I was really hoping it’d be better, but I don’t think I won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered takeout it was disappointing. By the time we got it, the food was cold and the fries were already soggy. On top of that, one of the sides was missing. I called to ask about it, but no one was really helpful, so that just made it more frustrating. Probably won’t be doing takeout from here again.

Went to Kickback Jack’s to watch the game the other night, mostly because we were already out running errands and figured it would be an easy place to grab food and catch it. it ended up being disappointing. Service was really slow, our drinks were empty for a while, and when the food finally came out it was kind of cold. The TVs were on, but the sound was all over the place, so it didn’t really feel like a good game-watching setup. Maybe it was just an off night, but it felt like nobody was really paying attention. I wouldn’t be in a hurry to go back.
